Do I need to give ReplyRight access to my Google account?+
No. You simply paste in your Google Business listing URL during onboarding. For the Concierge and Agency plans where we post responses directly on your behalf, you'll grant us "Manager" access to your Google Business Profile — this takes about 60 seconds and can be revoked at any time. We never access your Google account for anything other than posting review responses.
Will the responses sound like AI?+
No — and this is the most important thing we've focused on. ReplyRight reads the actual review content and writes a response that references specific things the customer mentioned. It sounds like a real, thoughtful person wrote it. You can also provide your brand voice description to make it sound even more like you.
Can I edit a response before it posts?+
