Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and ReplyRight ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Sean McCollum, regarding your use of the ReplyRight service at getreplyright.net.

By creating an account, connecting your Google Business Profile, or using any part of our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

ReplyRight provides AI-powered review response management for local businesses, including:

• AI-generated responses to customer reviews on Google, Yelp, Facebook, and other platforms
• A customer dashboard for submitting reviews and viewing responses
• Optional direct posting of responses to Google Business Profile on your behalf (Concierge and Agency plans)
• Email notifications for new reviews and completed responses
• Automatic review monitoring (for Google-connected accounts)

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. After the trial, your selected plan will be billed monthly. Prices are in USD.

4. Free Trial

New customers receive a 14-day free trial with full access to Pro plan features. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged for the plan you selected unless you cancel before the trial ends. We will send a reminder email 3 days before your trial expires.

5. Billing and Cancellation

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing sean@getreplyright.net
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
• We do not offer refunds for partial months
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

6. Google Business Profile Authorization

For Concierge and Agency plan customers who connect their Google Business Profile:

• You authorize ReplyRight to access your Google Business Profile data, including reviews and business information
• You authorize ReplyRight to post responses to reviews on your behalf
• You remain responsible for all responses posted to your Google Business Profile through our service
• You may revoke this authorization at any time through your dashboard or Google account settings
• We will only access Google data as necessary to provide the service

Our use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ReplyRight to:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory responses to reviews
• Harass, threaten, or demean reviewers
• Violate Google's, Yelp's, or any platform's terms of service
• Engage in review manipulation or fraudulent activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or resell our service without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

8. AI-Generated Content

ReplyRight uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude) to generate review responses. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated responses are suggestions and may not always be perfect
• You are responsible for reviewing responses before posting (on Starter and Pro plans)
• On Concierge and Agency plans, we review responses for quality before posting
• ReplyRight is not liable for the content of AI-generated responses once posted to third-party platforms
• You grant us permission to use anonymized review and response data to improve our service

9. Intellectual Property

ReplyRight and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sean McCollum and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and reviews. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

ReplyRight is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated responses will meet your specific requirements
• Results from using the service will improve your business ratings or reputation

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyRight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReplyRight and its owner from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Third-Party Services

ReplyRight integrates with third-party services including Google, Stripe, Supabase, Resend, and Anthropic. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.

14. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days in advance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Indiana.
